The Shape of Things
October and November
Reception: November 16, 2-4pm
My abstract series, The Shape of Things, is now on view at 873 Café in Ashby, Massachusetts. These abstract paintings reflect how I see and respond to the world around me—vibrant, layered, and full of movement. While you’re there, stay for a meal—the food at 873 Café is every bit as good as the atmosphere.
Heading 2
A bit about me..
Me –
I live in a small rural town in Massachusetts surrounded by nature, which is perfect for my lifestyle. I enjoy occasional visits to the ocean and the Pocono mountains where I spend time with family and friends. Besides painting, I run a Reiki business, helping clients with relaxation and healing. A significant source of joy in my life is spending time with my wonderful grandchildren.
My Inspiration -
Watching the water is one of my favorite things to do. It provides a doorway to my soul. When I’m not painting abstracts, I focus on capturing water in its various dynamic forms. My work is a reflection of how I see the world and how I feel about it. I’ve included these metaphors in the description sections of each painting.
