My intention was to create a scene with minimal value changes to evoke the calm feeling I get when looking at the ocean on a early misty morning or evening. It teeters on the edge of representational and abstraction, which is one of my favorite things to create. 
This painting continues on to the edges so there is no need for a frame. It comes ready to hang.
